About Us:
Kathleen Mackert is the acting President, and Rena Mackert is the acting Vice President; both of whom have not only been through the struggle to adapt, but have seen this pattern repeated in many other lives. It is our mission to help anyone who seeks freedom from polygamy.
We know firsthand the unique needs of the individuals who leave; the hurdles they will encounter while exiting the polygamist lifestyle.
It is our hope that by knowing that we have been through this same transition; others will gain inspiration and hope that they too can rebuild their lives.
The individuals we help will not be left dependent on a overtaxed Welfare system that only temporarily provide them with little money and an meager existence.
Our plan will get them on the “fast track” and allow them to become productive members of society. They will quickly become self-sufficient, gaining the confidence they need to rebuild their lives.
Individuals who seek our help will also be given a sense of belonging which is so desperately needed. They will be engaged in giving service and helping to build up both the local community, as well as providing much needed resources for special needs individuals.
We look forward to helping rebuild their lives into the future of their choosing.
